Nico has tried to tweak breathing style

Nico Rosberg says his quest to become a better driver after missing out on last year's title has led him to even reconsider the way he breathes when behind the wheel.
Rosberg was beaten to the 2014 world championship by Mercedes team-mate Lewis Hamilton, with one big weakness his inability to convert pole positions into victories. Hamilton won 11 races to Rosberg's five en route to the title and the German vowed to come back a better driver after the title showdown in Abu Dhabi.
Coming into the new season Rosberg is not shying away from tweaking even the most obscure parts of his driving style.

"I want to become an even better driver again this year," Rosberg said. "That's my aim and my personal challenge, and it's a great challenge to push and get better and better all the time. Trying to get better started from the first moment after the race in Abu Dhabi last year, that's why I did the test immediately after the race to try and pick up some things.
"I learnt some things from over the winter, for example my breathing was something I could work on in the race car. When we go through fast corners we hold the breath because there's so much G-force and you can't really breathe properly so I tried to work on that a little bit in the winter. And of course every day counts but [in testing] I'm definitely not as good as I was on Sunday in Abu Dhabi now as a driver. I need to use these days to get up to speed and get even better, it's important every lap to push and try some things and practice."

Rosberg says the memory of the defeat he tasted in Abu Dhabi has given him an extra dose of motivation going into the new season.
"I'm genuinely always motivated because I'm here for the challenge but I have an extra bit of something to have this memory with me from last year. I know how awesome it feels to win races and I know how great it feels when I beat Lewis and all these things are an extra motivation and looking forward to the new season. The chance is very big we will have a good car so that's something that motivates me and I look forward to. Finally, also, to be in this team motivates me because the level we now have is great to see and to see the buzz is totally different to when I joined the team five years ago. It's great to be a part of that movement."
